Draft, review, negotiate technology contracts, SaaS, licensing, and master service agreements a+.Ensure compliance with domestic and international data privacy regulations.Manage a database of legal documents and provide support for legal and administrative tasks.Provide legal research, training, and strategic advice on compliance and corporate projects.Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and outside counsel to resolve complex issues.RequirementsJD & 4+ years of experience in a corporate legal department; in-house experience a plus.Prefer but not required- technology agreements, data privacy & international contracting.Have organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Telecomm, Messaging, SaaS, licensing & master service agreements. (a plus but not required).
