Warehouse Specialist

Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) is a global leader in biomedical imaging with a comprehensive product portfolio for Karyotyping, H&E, IHC and FISH analysis; providing Pathology, Cytogenetics and Research laboratories advanced imaging and analysis tools.We are looking for a professional and motivated- Technical warehouse Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:Warehouse Managemento Manage the reception, storage, transfer and sending of all products and materials in the company warehouseo Issue and control digital reports o Manage the warehouse's quality of materialso Manage quarantined materials and returned goods o Maintain stock levels, dead stock, and outdated inventoryo Optimize usage of warehouse space and keep warehouse clean and organizedo Perform inventory countso Improving stock dependability and efficiencyImport/Exporto Handel import/export procedures and handle related documents o Operate delivery companies and monitor their performanceo Assist in optimizing delivery processes in terms of cost and efficiencies. Procedureso Implement and strictly adhere to efficient procedures and work processeso Operate in accordance with ISO and other regulations.Technical Testing of equipment o Test equipment as part of the RMA process o Set up and test demo equipment. Requirements:· 5 years' experience in managing a product warehouse hands on technical experience- Must!· Experience with ERP systems· Great attention to details and good follow-up capabilities· Experience working at a start-up company - a great advantage· Experience using workstation and PC hardware/software · Excellent technical skills and a customer service orientation· Outstanding written and verbal skills; excellent phone demeanor· A positive attitude and a great motivation to succeed· Local candidates only with proven eligibility to work in the US· On site, in person position at Carlsbad office.
