As a result of our client's ongoing expansion, they are hiring a dynamic Consulting Leader to join their team.This candidate will spearhead process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change projects. The leader will build strong relationships with client peers. This role requires 100% accountability and the ability to provide a healthy combination of strategic sales leadership and tactical execution. The role is as a player/coach - someone that can lead effectively, while also rolling up their sleeves and contributing to the team.The ideal candidate would have the desire to be part of a collaborative, high energy, and high performing team that offers opportunities for growth and development.
