Our client, a reputable organization, is looking for an experienced individual to manage full-cycle payroll processes. If you have expertise in payroll, experience with ADP WFN, and strong Excel skills, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Full-Cycle Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including deductions, garnishments, and adding new employees to the system.Perform bi-weekly payrollEmployee Payroll: Perform payroll for a workforce of 450 employees.Balance payroll budget including commissions, bonuses, regular and OT wages.Review timecard punches and make edits if needed.Retrieve appropriate approval from manager for timecardsSet up direct depositsQualifications:5+ years relevant experience in full-cycle payroll processes.Exposure to ADP WFN.Familiarity with multi-state payroll, including California and Pennsylvania.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in payroll data entry.Effective communication and organizational skills.
