We are dedicated to continuous improvement and tackling new challenges with innovative solutions.Job Description:Novaline is seeking a Construction Manager with a strong background in industrial engineering and construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible to travel across the U.S. for projects, and demonstrates exceptional leadership in managing industrial construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the successful execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and Novaline personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client requirements.Lead project meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.Provide constructability reviews during the design phase and support preconstruction planning.Coordinate the commissioning, start-up, and closeout process, including punch list management and turnover packages.Resolve field conflicts and challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Manager in industrial construction projects, such as chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, or refineries.Background in industrial engineering or related construction disciplines.Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various project locations across the U.S.Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and travel expense coverage.Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging industrial projects nationwide.Professional growth within a supportive and innovative company culture.
