We celebrate diversity and are dedicated to creating an inclusive atmosphere for all employees.Who You Are: Detail-oriented with years of experience in CNC machining and quality control.Experienced in using CAD and CAM software required.Experience designing products using CAD software.Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with leadership and team members.Excellent technical skills in machining and mechanical maintenance.Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Punctual and reliable in meeting work commitments. Experience using Fusion360 is a plus. What You'll Do: Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to manufacture parts.Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to ensure products align with design specifications.Design products using Fusion 360.Perform quality checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure production standards.Assist in training junior machinists and maintain a safe, organized work environment.Identify opportunities for process improvements in machining operations.
