This person will increase service excellence, efficiency, and professionalism through process improvements, automation utilization and monitoring. They will focus on compliance monitoring of various quality control initiatives as well as the quality control processes associated with acquisitions.OperationsEvaluate and prioritize technical issues related to various Agency Management Systems as they arise.Assist service staff from all departments with solving system workflow issues.Review and file Surplus Lines. Perform Surplus Lines review and filing through various states websites. Daily, monthly and yearly surplus lines reporting required, according to state guidelines. Raise issues leading to potential state surplus lines audits and assist in data collection, both of which are key functions of this role.Review and processing of policy audits timely and accurately, per ECBM standards.Process monthly agency reports in AMS 360.Process agency system downloads in AMS 360.Assist with carrier website login setups. Special ProjectsWork with Agency Management Vendors, Accounting, and IT Departments to successfully and efficiently migrate the acquired agency's Agency Management System data into applicable integrated systems. Work with the acquisition employees before, during and after conversion to maximize data integration and integrity.Provide acquisition support for system conversions including mapping and system validation projects.Participate in special projects and other additional duties, as needed.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Strong math & computer skills.Experience with agency management systems such as AMS 360 (preferred).Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Good listening skills as well as desire to solve problems. Highly motivated and goal oriented.
