The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting the following: Written discovery. Summarizing medical recordsConstruction Defect mattersCase Management Order discoveryPreparing trial documentPrepare/serve subpoenas.Summarizing of deposition transcripts RequiredParalegal CertificateSalary: Compensation based upon experience ($70-85K)Note: Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.Experience: 1-4+ yearsFull Time/ hybrid schedule. 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
