With studios across multiple states, we have expanded into the boutique spa industry to further our commitment to health, fitness, and community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator based in Nashville, TN, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration, managing garnishments, overseeing compliance with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and administering employee benefits.QualificationsPayroll Administration and Benefits Administration skillsExperience in handling garnishments and familiarity with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)Knowledge of Employee Benefits administrationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to maintain confidential informationExperience with HRIS systems is a plusCertification in Payroll or Benefits Administration is preferred
