Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well-respected plaintiff law firm in California, specializing in national asbestos and mesothelioma litigation cases, to find a Junior Paralegal. This role is essential for ensuring smooth case management and supporting attorneys in various legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for supporting justice for clients affected by asbestos exposure.ResponsibilitiesServing and filing documents.Calendar management for the attorneys.Drafting correspondence and communicating with clients and opposing counsels.Creating shells for discovery and pleadings.Drafting and proofreading legal documents.RequirementsBachelor's degree required.Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.3-6+ months of experience in a law firm setting preferred but open to entry-level candidates as well.This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to achieving justice for clients while gaining valuable experience and skills.
