Beyond delivering seamless service, you will play a key role in driving travel and lifestyle sales, cultivating lasting client relationships, and ensuring continued business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for a select group of UHNW clients, building and maintaining deep, trusted relationships.Engage proactively with clients to understand their evolving needs, preferences, and aspirations, ensuring every interaction is personalized and meaningful. Communicate effectively and thoughtfullyat every stage of a request-from initial inquiry to execution-demonstrating impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and responsiveness. Anticipate client needs beyond their immediate requests, constantly seeking ways to enhance their lives with tailored recommendationsProactively reach out with bespoke opportunities, assisting clients with future plans and ensuring they consistently receive best-in-class service. Itinerary Planning & ExecutionHas full ownership of travel and lifestyle requestsfrom initial request to completion, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to the client's satisfaction. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and an extensive networkof top-tier contacts across key destinations including luxury travel, accommodations, dining, nightlife, and exclusive experiences, to craft unique and personalized itineraries. Apply a detailed-oriented approachto planning and executing bespoke itineraries, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for discerning UHNW clients. Demonstrate agility and problem-solving expertiseby troubleshooting unexpected challenges with discernment and efficiency, resolving issues proactively and directly addressing client concerns. Maintain a highly personalized approachto every request, curating travel and lifestyle experiences that align perfectly with each client's preferences, aspirations and past experiences. Ensure seamless executionof all final travel and lifestyle details including processing all final documents, including itineraries, visa, health requirements, ticketing and final payments to guarantee smooth execution. Industry Knowledge & NetworkingStay at the forefront of emerging travel and lifestyle trends, continuously curating unique, high-value experiences that set METTA apart.Regularly attend industry webinars and conduct in-depth researchon destinations, accommodations, dining, and exclusive experiences to provide UHNW clients with unparalleled recommendations. Maintain a strong pulse on global events and weather patterns that could impact travel plans ensuring clients receive timely and informed guidance. Proactively build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, luxury brands, and exclusive partnersto secure VIP treatment, priority access, and unique benefits for clients. Leverage an extensive network of trusted contacts across the travel, hospitality and lifestyle sectors to continuously elevate the client experiences. Operations & Team Collaboration Work collaborativelywith the marketing team to develop engaging monthly newsletter recommendations and proactive outreach materials tailored to UHNW clientele. Ensure meticulous record-keeping and financial accuracyby utilizing Salesforce to track client requests, invoices, and transitions, maintaining compliance with METTA procedures and standards. Actively collaborate with teammatesto maintain service excellence, offering support to teammates during high-demanding periods, sharing insights, and fostering a culture of mutual support and professionalism. Facilitate effective internal communication, ensuring colleagues are informed of client preferences, past experiences, and evolving needs to deliver consistent service. Prioritize team success, stepping up to challenges, maintaining focus on client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless execution of travel and lifestyle services.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel or related field, or equivalent professional experience.8-10 years of experiencein luxury travel, lifestyle management, or concierge services with direct exposure to UHNW clientele. Exceptional communication skills-impeccable written and verbal abilities to engage with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally and effectively. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with efficiency while managing tasks based on urgency, complexity, and deadlines.Passionate about hospitality and client service, with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences tailored to UHNW clients. A critical thinker and creative problem solver, demonstrating agility in troubleshooting challenges and anticipating client needs. Highly collaborative and a strong team player, fostering a culture of support, reciprocity and shared success. Culturally sensitive and globally minded, with an understanding of international customs, preferences and high-end lifestyle expectations. Proficient in using Salesforce, ADX, TravelEdge; and utilizing travel itinerary software Travefy is ideal. Compensation Location: Manhattan, New York Salary: $120k+ depending on experiencePTO: 10 vacation days, 5 days of sick leave, plus national holidaysHealth Insurance: monthly health stipend
