MUST be fluent in SpanishMUST have strong experience in scheduling interviews and pre-onboarding candidates for C-level Knowledge of Workday and immigration processesWork Location: Tampa FloridaPay: $25-26/hour W2Responsibilities:1+ years of HR Admin/Support experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferredKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience preferredUnderstanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.) specifically around compliance and tracking of casesUnderstanding of the multiple phases of employment sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaignPartners closely with Recruiters and supports the TA Service Model by providing end-to-end support to candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling interviews and facilitating pre-employment activities with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and providing a positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experienceWill support multiple business units and levels across the organizationMay include C-suite level supportParticipates in process improvement activities and projectsDemonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically .xlsStrong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely mannerExcellent organization and problem-solving skillsPro-actively embraces new trends, education, technology and tools
