Estimator Manager

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Estimator Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and manage estimation processes in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the estimation department, ensuring all projects are accurately estimated and submitted on time.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate project estimates.Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.Provide training and support to junior estimators, ensuring the team's growth and development.Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to project execution.Stay updated with industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.Review and improve estimation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the estimation process.Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and customer requirements.Requirements:Proven experience in an estimation role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.Strong understanding of estimation techniques, construction processes, and cost management.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.Work Hours:Monday to FridayBenefits:Additional Details:This position is a supervisory role with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
