Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture!Responsibilities IncludeLIHTC lease-upBuilding a team of highly-capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.Assist Deputy Managing Director (DMD) with special projects.Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary.Owner Liaison - Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance. Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs (for affordable properties).Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.Qualifications4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry in a supervisory roleAffordable housing/LIHTC experienceExperience using RealPage/OneSite products and MS Office.Ability to travel extensively to Texas, Kentucky, Illinois and nationwide locations as necessary.CAM, CAPS and CPM Certification (or willing to obtain)PreferredQualifications4-year degree or (5+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry, fulfilling a Regional or Multi-site position.4+ years Regional Apartment Manager experience.Advanced experience using One-Site, MS Office and other Multi-Family software.Experience with MOR and REAC a plus.
