Job Description:Asbury's Restaurant, located adjacent to the entrance of Seneca Caverns in Riverton, West Virginia, is seeking a friendly and attentive Server member to join our team. Our establishment offers a calm, family-friendly dining experience with stunning views of Seneca Rocks from our porch. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to dietary preferences and guest requests.Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and pleasant experience by attending to their needs.Handle cash and process payments efficiently and accurately.Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables between guests.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and calm manner.Uphold health and safety standards in all food preparation and service practices.Job Season: April - NovemberSchedule:Friday to Monday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMFlexible scheduling available.Tuesday and Wednesday off.Qualifications:Previous experience in a serving or wait staff role is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to stay calm and friendly in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.Positive attitude with a focus on making guests feel at ease.Ability to work well as part of a team.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.If you're excited to be part of a family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere and help create lasting memories for guests, apply now to join us at Asbury's Restaurant!
