Important: Apply through our company websitePlease apply directly to this position via our company website:this role you will support the overall customer experience by receiving shipments and accurately maintaining inventory records. You will also take ownership of the stockroom and assist our team in replenishing the sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods. This role reports directly into the Store Manager.Responsibilities:Receive and process shipment of new product and replenishment Process internal transfers between stores and warehouseMaintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counting and weekly reconciliation of negatives on handLiaise with Operations Manager for requesting inventory adjustments Maintain neat and organized stockroom, ensuring product is categorized and properly ticketedPack and ship client orders in accordance with company standardsPartner with Stylists to process, pack, and ship consignments for clients and external stylistsResearch and reconcile shipping errors with FedEx Process store damages on a regular basisManage monthly supply orders and organizationMay assist on sales floor during peak times and as assignedOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of (2) years working retail (or related work) experience preferredBasic computer skills and familiarity with P.O.S. systemsAbility to frequently lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally moreExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive and high energyAvailability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and have flexibility to store operating hours to meet the needs of the businessThe compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $22 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
