The Kitchen Manager will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality, managing food & beverage inventory, and culinary management.QualificationsFood Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Management skillsExperience in Food & Beverage industryStrong knowledge of Food Quality standardsProven ability to manage kitchen staff and operations efficientlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsCertification in Food Safety and Sanitation is a plusPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
