Must live in Atlanta area.POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with project management to assist in coordinating the production and execution of project-related material, operational support as well as store support calls. Must be very organized and able to multitask and support multiple clients.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Understands all Customer Service functionsProvide administrative, logistics, and clerical support to ensure effective operations within the organizationBegin to learn print substrates and production methodsAssist with special projects - exposure to installations, store sets, press checksBegin fielding and handling requests from stores to research and fulfill requests.Support team including evaluating projects, developing and maintaining spreadsheets andcalendars, participating in client meetings and billing reviewsLearning basic inventory reporting created by IMG, GL codes, etc.Meeting notes and meeting recaps.Begin to understand bills of materials, quotes, and change ordersPunctuality and regular attendance are required on the jobPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredSpecial Skills/QualificationsPrior experience in retail support activities preferred, excellent organizational skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, good interpersonal skills, collaborative, able to work closely with a team, analytical, reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a MUST
