Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Junior Sous Chef at The Ranch. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen management tasks. They will also contribute to menu planning, purchasing, receiving, and maintaining kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards.QualificationsCulinary arts degree or relevant certificationExperience in meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen managementKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to work well under pressure and in a team environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plusPassion for creating exceptional dining experiences - back of house and front of houseExcellent in employee and guest relations Vegan meal preparation and cooking experience Flexible schedule, working weekends, and holidays
