Fleet Manager

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the tracking, compliance, and administration of company vehicles. This role is critical in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly, safely, and within all regulatory guidelines.Fleet ManagerResponsibilities:Manage the Motus Program and maintain accurate fleet recordsEnsure all company vehicles have valid licenses, registrations, and insuranceTrack and document new vehicle purchases and sales in coordination with legalGenerate reports as needed for management and compliance trackingCollaborate with site managers to monitor fleet usageWork with an insurance broker to provide necessary documents to customers and suppliersAssist drivers in case of an accident and liaise with the insurance company for claims processingReview and manage insurance policies, including annual renewalsProcess invoices related to fleet expensesTake on additional administrative tasks as requestedFleet Manager Requirements:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university5+ years of fleet management experienceStrong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced settingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointComfortable working in office setting, with occasional exposure to manufacturing environments involving noise, chemicals, heavy equipment, and machinery Join our team and play a key role in optimizing our fleet operations!
