Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and addressing any equipment issues that may arise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production equipment.Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on machinery and systems according to the maintenance schedule.Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently, and work to improve machine uptime.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve operational issues and improve equipment reliability.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, conducting repairs as quickly as possible to minimize production delays.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and routine inspections.Assist with the installation of new equipment or machinery, ensuring proper setup and operation.Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials needed for repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper disposal of hazardous materials as needed.Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff, as needed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent;
