Our client, a non-profit organization located in Chicago, is looking for an administrative assistant to support their team on contract/contract-to-hire basis. This role is 100% onsite in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago.Responsibilities:Maintain filing systems for facility records and organizational documentsCoordinately supplies purchases and vendor-listAssist in scheduling facilities maintenance/projects, coordinating with outside contractors as neededMaintain and update records for facilities/capital projectsReview and maintain facilities safety drill reports and schedulesCoordinating/filing insurance claims processes as neededMaintain property and vehicle fleet maintenance and inventory recordsCoordinate communications with cross-functional departments throughout property related projectsMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel
