This individual will play a key role in optimizing the digital footprint of Temple St. Clair, with a focus on managing site content, executing email marketing campaigns, and curating our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, technical expertise within the Shopify platform, and a detail-oriented mindset.As part of a close-knit team, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and the founder herself to ensure Temple St. Clair's digital presence reflects its heritage and vision. We're looking for someone who exhibits meticulous attention to detail, and has superior organizational & time management skills.Key Responsibilities? Website Content Management: Oversee Temple St. Clair's Shopify platform, ensuring the website is always updated and optimized. This includes uploading and organizing new products into the appropriate collections, website auditing & QA, ensuring accurate imagery is always displayed, metafield management, and more.? Content Calendar Coordination: Assist in maintaining and updating our content calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing and creative efforts to keep campaigns on schedule + aligned with brand objectives & seasonal initiatives.? Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Ideate, create, and deploy email marketing campaigns that reflect the Temple St. Clair aesthetic and voice. Develop high-performing, visually compelling email content that drives engagement and conversion.? Social Media Management: Curate and manage content for Temple St. Clair's social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and Pinterest. Plan and schedule posts that align with the brand's storytelling, and ensure visuals and messaging remain cohesive across platforms.? E-Commerce Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience.Qualifications, experience & skills Bachelor's Degree in related discipline1-2+ years of prior experience (ideally for a luxury and/or digitally native brand) within the e-commerce spaceProficiency in Shopify: Experience managing collections in Shopify, including creating and uploading products, organizing collections, editing metafields, and ensuring the site's backend is optimized for seamless functionalityExpertise in Klaviyo: Strong knowledge of Klaviyo for email marketing, including building and deploying campaigns, creating audience segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize open rates, engagement and conversionsSocial Media Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Later, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to schedule and manage social media posts. Experience monitoring analytics and creating cohesive campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and PinterestE-comm Technical Knowledge & Optimization: Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and digital tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media tools.A proactive self-starter and collaborative team-player who is highly organized and demonstrates a strong attention to detail with excellent time management and ability to multitask. Has the ability to think critically & problem solveCross-Functional Collaboration: proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders, balancing creative vision with business needs and timelines.Communication Skills: strong written and verbal communication skills.
