In addition to preparation of normal correspondence, the role is responsible for research and analysis of properties, preparation of marketing collateral, and submittal of accounting related data upon deal closure. The Client Services Coordinator also assists with the maintenance of information in various sales databases and performs other routine office administrative roles.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIESProactive in assessing the needs of the Professional and the clientPrepare correspondence, documents, Request for Proposals, reports, account invoices, etc.Compose correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and utilizing correct grammar, punctuation, and spellingPrepare and produce marketing presentations and reports, while helping to develop ideas into designs using PowerPoint, often with a short lead-time.Create market surveys and tour books of available properties, including collecting necessary information from databases.Maintain and update assigned broker team's client/prospect databasesMonitor action items and deadlines to ensure effective and timely completionMaintain and purge account files and records for assigned broker teamsPerform general administrative duties such as filing, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reportsConduct research, assemble data, and perform special projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experienceMinimum one year related work experience supporting multiple people; real estate experience preferredAbility to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervisionStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibilityCapacity to work successfully in a team environmentStrong proofreading and editing abilitiesAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookCreative self-starter, multitask oriented, and strong time management skillsSPECIFIC SOFTWARE PROGRAMS UTILIZEDAll Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointOutlook and other contact management, social media, and email systemsinDesign a plusCoStar/Loopnet & AIRAdobe AcrobatSalesforceSlackSalary Range: $70,000 to $75,000Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
