Their positive and friendly culture not only rewards hard work and success but also emphasizes the importance of family and community service.Key Responsibilities:Minimum billable requirement of 1600 hours per year.Manage docket, including preparation, filing, and reporting of trademark applications and renewals.Engage in risk management by meeting deadlines, reviewing files and client instructions, preparing documents accurately, maintaining files, responding promptly, and ensuring high-quality service.Conduct preliminary US and global trademark availability searches.Review and distribute trademark watch notices for attorney follow-up.Conduct trademarks use investigations and due diligence activities.Assist in infringement, opposition, and related proceedings, including discovery.Draft reporting letters and responses to Office Actions for attorney review.Review specimens and draft declarations.Coordinate take-down notices with social media platforms.Prepare trademark status summary reports and global cost estimates for filing and maintenanceQualifications:A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification.A minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark law.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented and proactive with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal support.
