Litigation Paralegal

A leading plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in trial preparation and case management. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal documents? Manage litigation calendars and case deadlines? Organize and maintain case files using document management systems? Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel? Assist in trial preparation, exhibit organization, and witness coordinationWhat You Bring: 3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience ? Strong knowledge of Washington Civil Rules of Procedure and Local Rules ? Experience with discovery, medical record collection, and e-filing (Odyssey) ? Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, Westlaw Form Builder, and Adobe ?
