Job Title: Executive Assistant/Office ManagerLocation: Washington, DC (On-site, 4-5 days per week)Industry: Software Development / AI TechnologyPay: $100,000 annuallyAbout Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing AI technology company that provides data analytics and intelligence solutions to government agencies. As they expand their U.S. presence, they are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their leadership team and help build a strong operational foundation in their new Washington, DC office.Job Description:The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting executive leadership. This position requires a high level of organization, adaptability, and discretion, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executivesCoordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangementsHandle expense reports and track reimbursementsPrepare meeting materials and assist with presentationsAct as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersOffice Management:Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized work environmentCoordinate logistics for meetings, events, and industry tradeshowsManage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasksCollaborate with international EA and OM teams to streamline operationsQualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role within the tech or SaaS industry; direct experience supporting a CTO will also be consideredTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HubSpot experience preferredSoft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different personalitiesLanguages: Spanish proficiency preferred; additional language skills are a plusAdditional Details:Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: ASAP (Targeting April 1)Interview Process:Round 1: In-person meeting with the Co-Founder and Managing Director (culture fit assessment)Round 2: Virtual interview with the Senior Executive Assistant (role deep dive)Final Round: In-person interview with the CEO (back-to-back interviews)Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMBackground Check Requirements: Criminal (local, state, federal), Education Verification, Employment VerificationPerks:Opportunity to join a cutting-edge AI company in growth modeHigh visibility role with potential for advancement into senior operations positionsCollaborative and fast-paced work environmentNetworking opportunities with executives in both the U.S. and international officesThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
