An international industrial machinery manufacturer in the Addison, ILarea is seeking a Technical Spare Part Support Specialist who is responsible for assisting customers with spare part requests. Responsibilities Include:Assist in the confirmation of the spart or parts required by reviewing machine part schematics and drawingsConfirming pricing and delivery schedule from machine buildersEnter quotations for spare parts into systemSend quotes to customersAssist with customer phone calls concerning machine or part questions or issuesCollaborate with purchasing and inventory team to ensure product stock is at appropriate levelsPrepare list for various part modelsRequirements:Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and drawingAt least 3 years of customer service experience for industrial companyExperience entering quotations into software systemPrefer mechanical skills, including ability to use hand toolsStrong organizational and communication skillsWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.Direct applicants only.
