This role will involve collaborating closely with the Director of Regulatory Affairs to ensure all regulatory requirements are met to support existing and new business. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for compiling regulatory data in a centralized location to ensure legal requirements are met. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail oriented, self-starter to gain exposure to building a compliance program.This position will be based out of our Northglenn, CO location and will require a local candidate for a mix of on-site/remote working.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the compliance software used to create Safety Data Sheets (SDS). and assess regulatory compliance in North America.Support regulatory assessment of new products and/or new markets.Assist in the development and maintenance of a compliance system to manage government licenses, permits, registrations and applicable certifications.Keep track of new government regulations affecting Recochem.Other duties as specified by the Director.Skills and Education:5 Years of experience in a chemical consumer packaging, product labelling and packaging preferred.Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry or chemical engineering (preferred).Familiarity with pesticide and VOC regulations and TSCA requirements.Knowledge of US GHS as well as DOT regulations.Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to consumer product labelling and packaging.Excellent organizational skills and diligence.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong written and oral communication.Ability to work independently while delivering professional support to cross functional teams.The expected compensation for this position is a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 annually and is eligible for a 5% bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
