Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Leasing Administrator/Operations Assistant for an immediate, full-time, onsite, long-term contract role!Our client, a reputable high-end residential organization, is located in Brooklyn, NY 11217.The Leasing Administrator/Operations Assistant will provide long-term temporary coverage (7+ months), supporting day-to-day operations. This role includes front-facing office management, resident support, posting rent payments, lease reviews, and coordination with various departments.Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm) (35 hour work week)Pay Rate: $35/hour - $38/hourKey Responsibilities:Reception:Answer and transfer calls professionallyRespond to general inquiries and emailsGreet residents, vendors, and visitorsOffice Administration:Provide admin support to operations teamsHandle clerical tasks: data entry, filing, mailingMaintain office supplies and equipmentManage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesOperations:Assist with tenant billing and rent postingsCoordinate tenant move-ins/outsSupport emergency response effortsPrepare reports and manage accounts receivable dataEnsure compliance with company policiesCollaborate with leasing, compliance, and accounting teamsIdeal Candidate:2+ years in a similar roleStrong customer service and communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Excel and office applicationsYardi experience preferred (not required)Problem-solver with a hospitality mindsetMust be able to work fully onsiteFor an immediate response, please send your resume to jcanabal@ !
