DTC Operational Systems Manager

We're looking for a DTC Operational Systems Manager to oversee our digital commerce and operations tech stack.The RoleWe need a DTC Operational Systems Manager with Shopify expertise and experience with at least one ERP system. You'll ensure smooth integrations between e-commerce, ERP, fulfillment, and customer service systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & optimize Shopify and its integrations with ERP, WMS, OMS, and other systems.Lead system improvements and automation projects.Troubleshoot & resolve order, inventory, and payment issues.Work with teams across supply chain, finance, marketing, and customer service.Ensure data accuracy between Shopify, ERP, and third-party tools.Collaborate with developers on API integrations and workflows.Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.Stay updated on e-commerce tech and recommend enhancements.Qualifications3+ years experience in an e-commerce operations role.Strong Shopify Plus knowledge.Experience with at least one ERP system.Understanding of order management, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs.Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and project management skills.OfferSalary up to $110K DOE.401K with company match.15d PTO.Medical, dental, vision insurance.Fantastic promotion path.
