Job Title: Contract HR Admin AssistantLocation: Remote (DFW area preferred) Contract with potential for extensionPosition Overview:This position is primarily remote, but local candidates in the DFW area are preferred. This is a contract position with a possibility for extension.Key Responsibilities:HR Support: Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed, assist with sorting through applicants, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers (via Teams).Document Management: Manage digital files related to onboarding and HR activities, ensuring sensitive documents (e.g., offer letters, SSNs) are properly archived in restricted folders.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including managing schedules, performing data entry, and maintaining confidential files.Collaborate with HR Leadership: Assist the People Operations team in handling HR-related tasks to support company relocation and employee transition processes.Requirements:Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.Knowledge of HR processes such as posting job openings, onboarding, and document management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling confidential information.Comfortable with digital tools like Teams, Google Workspace, and Indeed.DFW area candidates are preferred as there may be future in-person needs.
