A financial group in west Austin is looking to bring on an HR Documentation Specialist on a temporary basis. This is a 3-6 month long contract position looking for someone to start ASAP. Pay is $30-36/hr depending on experience. This is a fully onsite role in west Austin.About the RoleThis person will be responsible for documenting, standardizing, and refining HR processes and desk procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in process documentation, technical writing, and workflow analysis. The contractor will work closely with HR leaders and subject matter experts to gather critical information, ensure consistency in documentation, and develop clear, structured procedures.
