If this person sounds like you, apply to this posting with your resume today!Facilities Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)Supervisory Responsibilities:Oversee staff hiring, training, task assignment, and performance management.Provide guidance to ensure tasks and deadlines are met and establish goals for professional development.Monitor team performance to improve efficiency and resolve issues.Operations:Manage facility maintenance, including equipment and systems upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Lead and support maintenance teams, coordinate with external contractors, and manage security systems.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, perform regular inspections, and oversee facilities' repair and maintenance.Safety:Follow and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies, ensuring safe work practices and reporting hazards promptly.Ensure adherence to lockout/tagout and fall protection protocols.Product Safety and Quality:Maintain product safety and quality standards, including GMPs for food contact materials.Minimum Requirements:7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.Track record of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with project management experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Bonus/Valued: CFM Certification
