Join our fast-growing company as a Sr. Inside Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in ensuring seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences!About the RoleAs a Sr. Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our high-performing sales team, providing critical support to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to streamline communication, optimize pricing strategies, and manage the sales process. What You'll DoSales Support: Assist top-performing sales reps by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.Quote Creation & Pricing Strategies: Develop and manage accurate quotes using strategic pricing models to meet internal and customer expectations.Customer & Manufacturer Relations: Foster strong relationships by providing prompt, professional communication and resolving inquiries efficiently.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and data accuracy.Detail & Organization: Handle multiple tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy in quotes, pricing, and CRM data entry.Professional Communication: Clear, professional, and effective communication across all interactions, both internally and externally.Resourcefulness: Proactively solve problems, identify opportunities for process improvement, and adapt to evolving business needs.What We're Looking For:Expertise in Microsoft Excel - Advanced skills to manage and analyze sales data effectively.CRM Experience - Familiarity with CRM systems to track and maintain customer information.Meticulous Attention to Detail - A proactive approach to accuracy and minimizing errors.Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.Exceptional Communication - Professional and clear communication with both internal teams and customers.Skills & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or a related role.IT industry experience is a plus.Technical SkillsHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas).Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise).Familiarity with pricing strategies and quote managementKey CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Resourcefulness in problem-solving, process improvement, and adapting to evolving business needs.Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when urgent customer or sales rep requests arise.Total Compensation $80k-$120kAbout PrescriptivePrescriptive Data Solutions has built a strong, dynamic culture reflecting the Prescriptive core values of authenticity, excellence, partnership, determination, accountability, empowerment, and fearlessness.
