Paralegal or Law Clerk

Attention all Legal Applicants: The Law Offices of Mark S. Martinez is currently hiring for a full-time law clerk or paralegal. We are a small busy firm made up of two attorneys that is looking to bring aboard a legal professional that is able to handle unlimited civil litigation drafting for real estate litigation and plaintiff personal injury. The ideal candidate will be well versed in drafting complaints, propounding discovery, responding to discovery, drafting law and motion, demurrers, motion for summary judgment, oppositions, subpoenas, depo notices, expert designations, etc. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2+ years' experience, in these categories. Hours are 8:30-5:00 p.m. Mon-Friday. Pay is commensurate with experience $27.83-$36.55 per hour. Health and Dental Benefits, 401k.
