Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid - Austin, TX)Contract-to-Hire (6 months, potential for full-time) About Motionics LLCMotionics LLC is a leading provider of wireless measurement solutions, specializing in Bluetooth-enabled sensors and software for industrial applications. We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend Motionics' products accordingly. Conduct product demonstrations virtually and in-person (occasional travel required). Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads. Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products. Provide customer support and training on product applications. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools. Qualifications:5+ years of sales experience (technical sales or industrial equipment experience preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Technical background or ability to learn Motionics' wireless measurement technology. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer visits. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is a plus.
