We're working with a mid-sized boutique law firm in the personal injury space that is looking to add a Paralegal to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, with the ability to manage case files, communicate with clients, and assist attorneys in all aspects of case preparation.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through settlement or trialDraft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal correspondenceAssist in preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trialConduct legal research and gather supporting documentationCommunicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counselRequest, review, and summarize medical records and billsCoordinate depositions, hearings, and court filingsEnsure all deadlines and court requirements are metMaintain accurate case management records in legal softwareQualifications:Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field preferredExperience: Minimum of 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience requiredSkills:Strong understanding of Pennsylvania personal injury law and court proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in legal research and case management softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities
