If you're passionate about leadership, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence, they'd love to have you on their team!What You'll DoLead and mentor a team of high-performing Property Managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Support the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) with special projects.Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.Act as a liaison between ownership, partners, and agencies, optimizing financial performance.Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations and government programsConduct quarterly file audits, resolving any discrepancies.Assist Property Managers with marketing strategies and retention effortsOversee, analyze, and prepare financial reports to drive business success.What You Bring4-year degree or 4+ years of supervisory experience in the multi-family housing industryRegional Apartment Manager experience in an affordable housing setting.Strong knowledge of HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and EIV programsProficiency in RealPage/OneSite and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel locally and nationwide as needed.Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM (or willingness to obtain).Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in a regional or multi-site role in multi-family housing.Advanced proficiency in OneSite, MS Office, and property management softwareExperience with MOR and REAC is a plus.
