As we expand, we are dedicated to delivering trusted, client-focused financial solutions that help individuals and families protect, grow, and preserve their financial legacies.Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to be a key player in our team. This role is critical in our operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing client service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory requirements.Support advisors in administrative and operational tasks to streamline efficiency.Assist with new account setup, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance using custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, Pershing, etc.).Maintain accurate client records and interactions within CRM systems (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox).Provide excellent client service, acting as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and support.Ensure all client documentation, disclosures, and regulatory records are maintained per RIA industry standards.Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and document verification.Assist with client communications, newsletters, and event planning to support business development.Help drive brand awareness and engagement as we expand our client base.Process billing, account funding requests, and distributions in coordination with custodians.Generate financial reports and track invoices for timely processing.Qualifications & Skills: Experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory firms preferred.Knowledge of RIA operations, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, Pershing) and CRM software.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.FINRA Series 65 or 7/66 is a plus but not required.Why Join Us?
