MSP and Payroll & Billing Coordinator

Job Title: MSP/Payroll & Billing Coordinator Job Description:GHR Healthcare is seeking an MSP/PB coordinator to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. With the focus on MSP payroll/billing for assigned programs, ensuring payroll/billing is accurate and processed in a timely manner, and to provide excellent customer service internally and externally. Extended focus would include, but not limited to, training on, knowledge of and ability to process and invoice direct billing.Responsibilities:• Balance billing weekly/bi-weekly between 2 platformsMSP Billing-Adjustments completed accurately and on timeEnter time into our MSP system for our clientsProcess invoices in multiple platforms for both MSP & Direct clientsProvide a high level of customer serviceCommunicates with MSP Team and our management teamRead and understand contract basics related to billingCross-train with Direct Pay/Bill regionsSkills and Qualifications:Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and have an aptitude for numbers.Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and within the team.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally in accordance with departmental policies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone presence.PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) essential.
