Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition!Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Boston, MA with similar specifications to those below:Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operations within the recruitment and onboarding cycleProvide administrative assistance to the larger recruitment teamCompile and update employee recordsProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)Coordinate Human Resources projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant dataCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation for newly hired employeesAssist recruiters with sourcing and maintaining database accuracyQualifications:1-2 years of experience is idealExperience and proven success as a Human Resources Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative positionTechnical skills including high-speed typing and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office ?Excellent organizational skillsStrong communication skillsA degree in Human Resources or a related field would be a plusOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
