This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.As a Partner Events Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of partner events by managing event processes, partner booth content, graphic and digital reviews. You will be responsible for supporting the Partner Events, Field, and Partner Marketing teams in organising, executing, and optimising a variety of operational and event logistical elements. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented team player who is eager to support the larger partner events team in growing and scaling our partner event program. The candidate should be able to handle and adapt to a fast-paced environment that is frequently changing. The candidate will have to undertake numerous projects simultaneously which they should be able to balance.ResponsibilitiesSupports the everyday administrative tasks of the Partner events marketing team they are working with such as but not limited to: note taking and sending out action items from planning calls, lead booth and digital graphic review checks, create partner enablement assets for event, updates to sheets & swag shipments for events. Interface with key internal and external business partners and other cross-functional departments in the production and execution of various projects and deliverablesPerform brand audits and ensure consistent messaging across all the company and partner outletsRequirementsBachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, ClickUp, Contractual Google Workspace, Wrike and associated apps.Strong project management, time management, organizational skills to track deliverables, manage contracts, and maintain seamless operational workflows including execution skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in proofreading, editing, and representing the organisation effectivelyAbility to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and coordinate multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work.Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts with professionalism
