Field Operations Coordinator - New York AreaPosition OverviewOur Client is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support sales and quality management efforts in the New York area. This role bridges in-person sales with audit compliance, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging with both customers and compliance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person meetings with customers 3-4 days per week.Ensure compliance with regulations in the New York market.Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers.Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and audit results.Work closely with internal sales, support, and operations teams to address customer needs.Participate in team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.Qualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in sales / sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred).Fluency in English and Spanish.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel within New York as required.
