Stock Associate:Daily Operations:Daily ShipmentShipment of all daily online orders via Apparel MagicApparel Magic InventoryMTO check responses for your store locationReceiving stockEnsure the correct goods/numbers are received, processed on Apparel Magic, checked to see if needed on the sales floor, and stored according to company protocolSlackStock check communication in #stock-check channelAssisting Sales teamAssist with opening and closing proceduresRetrieve items from stockroom at client or team member requestStock organizationConstant organization as needed for all back of houseWeekly Operations:Laundry + Damages:Inspection of all LaundryInspection of all Damages for brand and 3rd party retail brandsSupplies checkCheck on the needed supplies for front of house, back of house, with communication to your SMIs able to understand lead times for products in order for the store to always be stockedPricing updatesAssist in all price markdowns or changes communicated via SMMonthly Operations:Shipping Mistakes meeting with CSM and SMCommunication:Completing section of Store EOD Summary at the end of each shiftAny and all order/shipping related issues via #shipping-procedures Slack ChannelStrong communication with Store Manager on any call outsQualifications + Skills:Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsAbility to lift 25-30 poundsStrong communication skillsDetail orientedPrimarily a Monday-Friday role with some potential weekends as neededAvailability to work before or after regular store hours as neededKnowledge of Shopify, Slack, Apparel Magic preferred
