NO C2C or 3rd PARTY PARTNERSHIPSJOB: Administrative AssistantTYPE: Contract to HireMODE: On-siteLOCATION: Columbus, OHPosition Overview:Provides executive administrative support for two senior executives by performing an extensive range of complex administrative and office management duties with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Administrative Support:Provide direct administrative support to two senior executives and basic administrative assistance to their leadership teams.Manage complex calendars, including coordinating travel arrangements, anticipating deadlines, resolving scheduling conflicts, and scheduling focused work sessions.Collaborate with executives to track and respond to pending approvals, email inquiries, and critical deadlines.Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.Meeting Management:Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings by providing materials and context for discussions.Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including room reservations, catering, technology setup, contract negotiations, and accommodations.Take and distribute meeting minutes promptly.Communication:Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Draft and, when appropriate, respond to correspondence on behalf of executives.Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials.Maintain organized reports and files to streamline workflow.Collaboration:Work closely with administrative teams across segments and key business partners to coordinate meetings, collect and distribute materials, and support company-wide initiatives.Assist team members with understanding and adhering to company policies, procedures, and processes.Perform office management tasks, including ordering supplies, processing expenses and vendor invoices, onboarding new equipment, and coordinating guest access.Act as the onboarding liaison for new colleagues.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing executive administrative support to senior executives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.Professional demeanor, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications:Executive Administrative certification or training (e.g., CEAP, CAP).Previous experience supporting senior executives in a large organization.This position requires a high degree of flexibility, collaboration, and proactive engagement to ensure the smooth operation of executive offices and effective support of business initiatives.CIMA Consulting Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
