The role requires exceptional organizational skills, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key responsibilities include:• Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the executive team.• Managing financial record-keeping, departmental correspondence, and direct mailings.• Preparing reports, memos, presentations, charts, and other business documents.• Handling and prioritizing incoming communications, including calls, emails, and written correspondence.• Organizing and maintaining filing systems, records, and industry publications.• Drafting and proofreading correspondence with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.• Acting as a liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders, including senior executives and outside agencies.• Assisting in special projects, including planning presentations, coordinating mailings, and managing logistics.• Providing administrative support for expense tracking, check requests, and reimbursements.• Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.• Working collaboratively with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless office operations.Qualifications:• Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.• Five to seven years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting executive leadership.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers.29990
