Medical Records Specialist

Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions, subsidiary company of The Advocates, is seeking a medical records specialist for its client, a Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation firm in Greenwood Village. This is a part-time opportunity on an ongoing contract basis. This is an ideal position for someone who is seeking a 20-25 hours per week schedule and who wants to gain experience working alongside a seasoned, client-focused litigator. This is an in-office role.The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in medical records management, be highly organized, and detailed.Responsibilities Include:Order, organize, bates-label, redact and summarize extensive amounts of medical and billing records as well as create privilege logsAssist with client intakeChart medical bill summariesDraft correspondence and emails to clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical professionals, etc.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.Compensation: $25/hr-$28/hr DOEThe Advocates is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
