Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Work Authorization: Green Card / US CitizenSummary:Our client, an Am 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their New York or New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, transactions involving purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. Applicants must be highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, and able to work well within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, are necessary for consideration.Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]Solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.A minimum of 5 years of experience.Experience working for an Am 100/200 law firm, or similar.
