HHM CPAs is searching for a full-time temporaryBilling Assistant to help with an influx of clerical, administrative, and personnel requests during our busy tax season. This position will be full-time through the end of May, 2025.This role is on-site in Chattanooga, TN.Responsibilities:Assisting billing team in various data entry, administrative, and clerical tasksProofreading documents for formatting, grammar, and typosData entry into various database systemsPreparing envelopes to mail to clients Generating and preparing client invoicesActing as support staff for engagement letters and new client onboardingDiligently saving files in appropriate systems so as to ensure best record keeping practicesQualifications:1-2 years of experience in a billing or equivalent functionAbility to maintain and consistent work pace throughout the dayAbility to manage your time appropriatelyProficiency in modern technology tools such as MS 365Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
